Who we are

ShiftWire is a product of ElectrikCloud. This policy covers the ShiftWire website, account portal, and related license fulfillment.

What we collect

• Account data — email address and password hash when you create an account.
• Purchase data — order records, Stripe payment identifiers, and the lifetime license key we issue. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support & feedback — name, email, and message content you submit through the support form or send by email, plus technical metadata (IP, user agent) used to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

The desktop app validates license keys offline and does not phone home. Peer sessions (mouse/keyboard sharing) stay on your LAN; we do not receive session traffic, clipboard contents, or machine layouts.

How we use data

We use account and purchase data to issue licenses, allow downloads, process refunds, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account, order, and license records while your account is active and as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request account closure via support.

Third parties

Stripe processes payments. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed to run the site. See their respective privacy policies.
