Product
ShiftWire is proprietary software from ElectrikCloud. A lifetime license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use ShiftWire on machines you own or control, for as long as we provide the product under that license plan.
Price
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the lifetime license is priced in Canadian dollars (currently CA$15). Taxes may apply depending on your location and Stripe’s tax settings.
One license per person
One lifetime license is issued per customer account. You may install ShiftWire on every machine you personally use. Sharing license keys publicly or reselling keys is not allowed.
Refunds
If you request a refund through Stripe or support and the charge is refunded, we revoke the associated license. Downloads for that account are disabled until a new license is issued. Contact support if you need help.
No warranty
ShiftWire is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the software, except where liability cannot be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not use ShiftWire to violate others’ systems or privacy, circumvent security controls you do not own, or redistribute the binaries without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use of the storefront or licensed software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
